There's lots to do as an art director and developer at MAPR. Apart from working on multiple digital client projects at any given time, there are always things to be done for the agency as well. Common tasks include: keeping the website up to date by adding new blog posts and employee pages when necessary, designing monthly newsletters on Mailchimp, and creating any other desired assets for the company's proposals, presentations, and social media. Some bigger projects I've enjoyed taking on include: creating the mission and values poster that hangs in our office, designing the 2020 year in review infographic, and developing some COVID-19 assets when the pandemic first started. MAPR has been so important for my development as a designer and project lead, it's amazing to look at my progression from being a junior designer to a full blown art director and developer.
